More About Me
Born in Cleveland, OH, in 1972, our family moved to Mayfield Heights in 1981. I bought my first home in South Euclid in 2005, where I started my family. I have been back in Mayfield for 14 years and am married with two children, and a dog named Enzo. I went to Mayfield High School and graduated in 1990. I spent summers working for our family-owned painting business during high school and during my years attending The University of Toledo. I left college to work as a third-generation painter with the family business my grandfather started in the early 1940's. In 2007, I started my own company and continued painting. Since then, I've added real estate investing, focusing on buying and improving homes in neighborhoods throughout Northeast Ohio.

My background in the trades has been a big advantage in this line of work: I understand what repairs truly cost, how to prioritize projects, and how to manage a job from start to finish. Real estate has become a natural extension of what I've always done, working with my hands and solving problems. I have owned and been a landlord for Section 8 rentals, short-term rentals and traditional residential rentals. I have also transitioned tenants into home buyers and assisted them into purchasing their forever home.
Since getting my real estate license, I have been able to work with and close deals with anyone from first-time homebuyers, clients looking to downsize, and everything in between. I look forward to servicing Northeast Ohio and being your neighborhood Realtor. I will bring a solid work ethic to the table and will make sure my clients are happy with all aspects of the transaction
